MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION Directions:  Please check with the Health Office MaryAnna Domenic <mdomenic@ctsdnj.org> with regard to your health physical. Email her directly as to what your child needs to turn in.


Ski Club Release Form 2020 (Ski club release form MUST be printed and turned in to Health Office)


Transportation Form
- This document must be submitted in order for a student to be transported to and/or from the CTMS Ski Club by another parent.

Shawnee Mountain

Thursdays: January 9, 16, 23, & 30 February 6 & 13 Make up dates: February 20, and February 27

Time: 2:20-9:00 pm

 

FIRST TIME SKING OR BOARDING???

 Check out this list for suggestions as what to bring each week!  

  1. Helmet and goggles

  2. Hat (for before and after cold weather)

  3. Water resistant/waterproof ski coat and pants

  4. Water resistant/waterproof gloves or mittens

  5. Neck gator (similar to an infinity scarf but tighter)

  6. Long underwear for upper and lower body (long sleeve t-shirt would work)

  7. Ski socks

  8. Shoes or boots for slushy weather and/or snow

  9. Ski lock if bringing own equipment

  10. Sturdy bag or backpack to transport attire

  11. Food if student is not going to buy.



We strongly suggest that belongings be labeled for ID purposes.
